Terms & Conditions – Velu Tour and Travel Services
By booking with Velu Tour and Travel Services, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Balance amount must be settled before or at the start of the trip.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online methods.
2. Vehicle & Driver
Vehicles are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Drivers will operate the vehicle as per standard routes and customer instructions, within safety limits.
Night driving is at the discretion of the driver and safety conditions.
3. Kilometers & Hours
Kilometer and hour calculation starts and ends from our garage in Bangalore.
Extra kilometers and extra hours will be charged as per agreed rental rates.
Toll charges, parking fees, interstate permits, and entry fees are to be borne by the customer.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours before the journey will receive a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows are non-refundable.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during travel.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be chargeable.
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
6. Company Rights
Velu Tour and Travel Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, vehicle breakdown, etc.).
Alternative arrangements will be provided where possible, but liability is limited to the rental amount received.
